I don't know that much about the two different Giants, save for that the PA one grew from a family butchershop in Carlisle, PA, while the other one started somewhere down wherever. Both companies are actually owned by the same Dutch corporation now, Ahold, but beyond that they've never really integrated things. You can't use your bonus card from PA in MD Giants, and so forth.
