I should have posted this earlier, but I went to court yesterday for driving on a suspended license and had all the charges against me dismissed. Net cost? $20. Not too shabby.

TWO TIMES MORE AWESOME TODAY. One of our customers brought all of us milkshakes from Dairy Queen today. She is seriously the sweetest lady ever. AND Joey got tested in school and has the highest reading level of any child in his grade. I just want to high five the sky.

I have been busting my ass all week to get these three projects done for school along with all of the other homework we had piled up and midterms. I was seriously sweating for a while because I didn't think I could finish them all. I logged in to check part of the project requirements and check to see my grades on the other projects and found out that one wasn't due until next week.

Went to check the other, it's not due for *3 weeks*. I've done every other assignment possible for this weekend.

I slept for twelve straight hours! It was amazing.

I'm riding the Sleep No More high still. Also I finally got to meet Cristina and Chris!

Got Windows 7 back on my laptop, allowing my scanner to work again! Now I can finish out those commissions and start work on my comic project!

I spent half the day so far walking with my new roommate around the neighborhood eating and drinking! So cool to have a roomie I can be friends with.

Im back at starbucks for round 2 of all you can drink for free!

My guy and I had dinner last night at my favorite restaurant, then this morning we went out to brunch, played mini golf, I got to rock climb and then we both went on one of those old-school Ferris wheels that sit only two adults per chair and they always tell you not to swing them, which was fun. Then we played with kitties at the pet store while he debated adopting one (he didn't, he's going to wait until after a wedding he's attending up in the Bay area next month), and then we ended it with watching the newest episodes of the Ultimate Spider-man cartoon that just came out at the beginning of the month.

I get absurdly pleased when I can say something about Melville that this particular professor approves of, considering he is king of all Melville. Today was a double punch, because I made an exceptionally intelligent remark about not just Melville, but also Hawthorne, and about why exactly Melville wants to put it in Hawthorne's butt so freaking bad.

- Started researching costs for some fun summer trips and learned they won't be as bad as I inititally thought.
