AMC has picked up the rights to develop Walking Dead into a series. Yeah see, I've never seen Mad Men or Breaking Bad, but the reviews I hear of both are thrilling. And AMC also made The Prisoner remake which should be released soon, and after watching a preview of that, I thought it looked phenomenal.

She's missing her left arm from the forearm down, so she's like, their favorite zombie. She's died a bunch of times already, and they keep making her look different and bringing her back in. She couldn't actually say anything about the show, but she DID say that the makeup has been fucking amazing.

There are some series where the plot is masterfully crafted and designed to touch on specific themes, ideas, whatever. But The Walking Dead is almost more of a mood piece, designed to instill the reader with a certain feeling rather than anything else. So in all honesty, I don't give a damn what they do with the plot, so long as the relationships and characters remain mostly similar, if not the same.
