There's several bugs like that from what I've been reading on the bioware forums.

There's also a Cloak Bug on the Geth Infiltrator where sometimes it immediately decloaks after you've cloaked.

They're going to start doing N7 Ops every other weekend not. Next week will be Operation Exorcist.

http://blog.bioware.com/2012/04/19/n7-operations-update/

So far I've unlock the Asari Justicar, Batarian Soilder, Geth Infiltrator, Batarian Sentinel, Geth SMG 3, Striker 3, and the Kishock Harpoon Sniper rifle (it sucks if you're looking to be a fast Infiltrator)

Your mission for this weekend if you choose to accept it.

Bioware's Blog said:

When it comes to retrieving classified data, Cerberus has been beating the allied forces to the punch. New intelligence has tipped us off to one of their offensives, and it is time to give the N7 teams the payback they want.

Allied Goal: Kill 1,000,000 Cerberus Phantoms
Squad Goal: Survive until extraction on any map and any enemy on Gold difficulty.

Successful completion of the Allied Goal will grant all players a Victory Pack.
Successful completion of the squad goal awards a Commendation Pack to all squadmates.

Operation Exorcist will run from 6:00PM PST, Friday April 27th until 5:00AM PST, Monday April 30th. Exorcist will be available on PC and Xbox 360 only. Please remember to set “Upload Gameplay Feedback” to “on” in the online options to be able to participate in Operation Exorcist.

Good luck and see you on the battlefield.

Gold? Fuuuuuck.

I don't think I have any of the good classes/weapons unlocked for gold. All the fun shit stops at silver, you really gotta pump up an Adept with a Carnifex or a Salarian Engineer for the decoy.

Hopefully I can get my sniper dragged through a match

Seriously, even my level 20 Infiltrator wouldn't survive a Gold match. I can never get weapon upgrades. I'm lucky to get through Silver.

Here's how you beat Gold easily.

MAP: Firebase White

ENEMY: Geth

TEAM REQUIRED: Asari Adept (Warp, Throw), Human Sentinel (Warp, Throw), Infiltrator (Cloak For Data Recovery Missions), Salarian Engineer (Decoy)

WHERE TO CAMP: Opposite side of initial spawn (inside the base).

STRATEGY: Salarian Engie hides behind console (the one right by the door leading to spawn) and uses Decoy placed in middle of doorway; use grab if Geth Pyros or other enemies gets close. As the enemies focus their fire on the Decoy, Asari Adept & Human Sentinel uses Warp and Throw on all the enemies causing massive damage with Biotic Explosions. Infiltrator is cloaked and sniping the whole time. No enemies will ambush the squad from behind, they will come from the stairs and side door only. If you're lucky, the hacking mission will be right there where everyone is camping.

COMMENTS: Using this strategy, you can beat Gold very easily taking only 25-30 mins. Rinse and repeat to farm credits if you want!

Fuck I seriously haven't dropped some ME3 Multiplayer knowledge? Time to correct that!

Build creator to play with your class builds or builds you want to try etc. It has adware but it's not too bad so just close that out or block it but it's extremely useful for testing potential builds.
http://narida.pytalhost.com/me3/classes/

Multiplayer build guide that you can use with the above link to see if you like it or not.
http://me3multiplayer.com/

Biotic Explosions and Combos are better for Silver and Gold but it'd suggest practicing them in Bronze. They also scale better then the Tech Bursts on teh Higher Levels. Here's a list from the BSN forums.
http://social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/343/index/9629730

For Gold Level 3 Ammo, Weapon, and Armor Equips are a must as well as fast cooldown times. You need to pick your weapons wisely and possibly use only one.

Besides Firebase White I know of a spot on Firebase Condor that's actually better to do this on but haven't tried it myself.
http://social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/343/index/11430242

This is how the levels in MP compare to SP. Bronze = Normal, Silver = Hardcore, and Gold = Insanity. You may want to try the SP game on those levels to see how you do but it's not going to be exactly the same but might help. If you've gotten good at Bronze and you find it easy you might want to consider going up to Silver. The credit goes like this. Bronze = 14k-15k, Silver = 29K-30K, Gold = 69K-70k it varies a bit because of how fast you do the objective waves during your match.

As far as getting weapons this is the best piece of advice I seen on the BSN forums. It's worked for me so I have no complaints. Right now they have Equipment Packs which give you a lot more consumables of Medi-gel, Cobra Missiles, Survial Op Packs, and Thermal Clips.
Somebody said:

If you want to get the best loot at the lowest possible cost:

1. Buy Recruit packs until you have all common weapons (Avenger, Katana, Mantis, Predator, Shuriken) and common mods maxed (respectively X and V)
2. Buy Veteran packs until you have all uncommon weapons (Viper, Incisor, Raptor, Vindicator, Phaeston, Mattock, Locust, Tempest, Scimitar, Eviscerator, Phalanx and I may be forgetting one or two) and uncommon mods maxed.
3. Buy Spectre packs.

This will guarantee you lots of consumables, few "disappointing" packs (a GPR in a Veteran pack is not as bad as in a Spectre pack), quickest way to good loot, and solid weapons and mods early on.

They have added a Multiplayer Manifest so you can see what your friends have. If you guys want to check mine out it's here.
http://...bioware.com/...287800077&display=multiplayer

If you want more info on Multiplayer I would suggest searching the BSN forums of whatever topics your looking for.

I'd like to do a OB only PC match this weekend on gold if anyone wants to. I'll try to be on Origin more this weekend so
get a hold of me on there if anyone wants to.

Okay, in the last two patches, BW has updated the N7 Hurricane SMG a good bit.

April 17th said:
Hurricane SMG
- Damage increased from [72.5-90.6] to [83.3-104.1]
- Spare Ammo increased from [240-300] to [280-360]
- Encumbrance decreased from [1.0-0.5] to [0.85-0.45]

- Recoil reduced

Based on the numbers here https://...google.com/...VrTUhkcFR2ZWc5bWc&output=html the Hurricane is now, except for when shooting at Gold and maybe Silver level armored targets, the most powerful weapon. While it still has some pretty hellacious recoil, it's more manageable, and if you're playing a Turian (either class), and spec for Weapon Stability, it becomes pretty much normal.

Since I started using the improved Hurricane I consistently place first overall, sometimes by a small margin (25k to the next person down's 20-22k) or by a much larger margin (on the winning gold match I did for this weekend's event I was around double what the next person down was).

So if you have the N7 Hurricane and you can stomach being a Sentinel or Soldier who doesn't have roll, then level up a Turian and start shooting the shit out of stuff. My only other advice is if you're playing Silver or Gold, bring a secondary weapon to take on armored targets, either a slow shooter like the Carnifex or something with a Penetration Mod (or a slow shooter with the Penetration Mod for extra oomph).

Also they added a Stabilization Equip for the Armor slot so if you equip that with a Turian you can pretty much negate a lot of the recoil.

I'm not sure how much it helps since I don't have a Hurricane.

I got one on the first weekend and even with a Turian, at that point, it was borderline unusable. When they reduced the recoil in the most recent patch it went a huge way towards it being good. They could have left it's damage alone at that point and I think it would have been fine, but with the other buffs, it's very close to if not completely OP.

And yeah, I know about the Stabilization equip. It's good for non-Turian and for Turians with the Hurricane it becomes just a normal gun (which it was close to if you max out stabilization from leveling).

My name is BlamFu on Origin.

Arthur laid out a good strat for gold, i did it differently with friends. I never played Gold until last Friday and it was pretty difficult but we practiced on Silver for a bit.
Gold isn't impossible, but it really does take some coordination and knowing when you should use your cobra missile. I think it took my group of friends 4-5 tries.

Here's my profile:
http://...bioware.com/...302304984&display=multiplayer

I only just got the Black Widow today, but as you can see i don't have crazy high level weapons and i was able to do Gold. I don't think i'd regularly play gold with my friends, but it's a nice change of pace and i like the challenge.

We should definitely try and get an OB group together to do Gold.

Why are you all on PC! ;_;

Bought a pack (Veteran and Spectre, one of the two) the other night and got an increase in Cobra Missiles to 3! \o/

Beat a gold map the other night with my mentioned strat except we had 2 Salarian Engies, 1 Salarian Infiltrator and me as an Asari Adept. It went very smoothly for the most part!

Dammit, I can't hook up my 360 to the internet in the dorms, so multiplayer is out for me, unless I decide to get it on my computer, which isn't very likely. Suuuuucks.

Yeah the way my friends and i beat it was salarian engineer and quarian infilltrator outside the room, and then myself as geth infiltrator with a geth engineer inside the room on the bottom. For the most part it keeps us from getting overwhelmed in one place and the bottom room my friend and i often didn't need rockets. I think he and i fought 2 Primes at the same time while they focused on the turret. You can also get a high amount of grab kills in the bottom room, but in the later waves i start using my cobra missiles just to make things easier, especially if we get a hack.

I originally played the series on xbox but when me3 came by my friends and i decided to get it on the PC since one friend doesn't have an xbox.

For many reasons a few being:
1. Not a closed of system
2. I can upgrade anything I want whenever I want. So I can easily bump up my graphics, Mod the game, add more storage without having to break a warranty, back up my game saves

Now don't get me wrong I'm not trying to start a Console vs PC debate even though I wish I had the money to buy a PS3 but I've been a PC gamer for a long time even though I had a NES back in the 80's.

I'll probably try for a Gold game after 4 pm PST.

I finally figured out what I unlocked last night after i bought a specter pack and got the store bug then restarted the game.

I got a reset card which is good since i had used 2 of my 3 and I got a Aasri Justicar card so I have more appearance options. I tried it out and lets just say my mind is blown.

That actually brings something to mind...

Any women on here kind of mad at Bioware for making Asari some sort of feminine ideal (or at least the ultimate fanboy jerkoff dream) and then making it so they never age?

They. never. age.

Oh, sure, they ripen once they hit Matriarch, but they don't age, reinforcing this stupid idea that women are only attractive if they have unlined skin and high, perky breasts (regardless of size).

It's bizarre...

Apparently, in addition to their other myriad advantages, Asari are also invulnerable to the effects of gravity over time.

Of course, if you'd look at the other races, I really didn't see much in the way of denoting age in any alien race. There were only a handful of elderly alien characters, and their age came across more through their voicing and behavior, more than physical looks. I don't think Bioware put much focus into how aliens would look aged.

As for gravity: well if you are going to have kinect barrier armor, why shouldn't they provide support, as well? The ultimate sports bras.

We're working on it and will announce when those packs become available for everyone. Thanks again for your support.

Looking forward to playing with more of you guys in future weekend operations!

I should go. smilie
