NOW. named "A Bugs Life" This is kind of a spin-off from the Ab Challenge thread, but I would like to have a discussion on what fitness/calorie trackers everyone uses.
I've used LiveStrong and SparkPeople in the past, but I want one that has a decent app (for Droid) and would have the most accountability buddies on it. Which ones do you use? What are your favorite features? What are your least favorite features? Favorite features include a pretty damn well-stocked database of foods and exercises to make calorie logging really easy. Also really like the weekly reports it generates, and if you log in on the website they have a lot of really helpful charts and graphs of your progress. Last, it has a friends feature which I haven't used much, but it shows how much weight your friends have gained/lost with each weigh-in, and you can check on their weekly progress. Very straightforward and clean. I had been using SparkPeople, but I felt it was all a bit inaccurate and askew. But all the tracking on loseit seems pretty solid!

Was using My Fitness Pal before - but stopped before making a large impact. I did like that I could just scan in the upc on food from the store.

I just made the profile today, in preparation for tomorrow when I start my lifestyle changing behavior. I made another profile on there a few weeks ago, right before I went on break for school, to kinda get a feel for how it works/how easy it was. I found it pretty straightforward and idiot proof, as I'm new to my smartphone.
I know I'm not super popular on here or whatever, but I thought I'd give my info anyway, because ....well, because not many of my friends/family are taking me seriously about trying to get healthy and lose weight, and I know this is something people do better with if they have a support system. I used to use SparkPeople also and was not a fan. Their food database was so screwed up, I could never find what I was looking for. Maybe I'll try that one, too, just to see which I like better. I'd actually done pretty well with just writing down what I was eating, but I like that the online/smartphone apps actually have calorie counts...
