AIM dead??, say it aint so. I LOVE AIM. I use it almost every day. I have gotten to know a few OBers like Marina and Mercadez, from AIM. AIM is definitely my favorite messaging program.
PS: Also it was nice when FB let you link up all your contacts and IM them via AIM.

Still use AIM every day. I just consolidate g-mail for all of my accounts and AIM into a single multi-platform chat client like Pidgin and go to town. Mark and I still have all of our worst discussions via AIM.

Mina and I are AIM bffs. I'm using it less and less though because most of my friends INSIST ON FACEBOOK CHAT. Also my phone has a hard keyboard and a multi platform chat app so I've stopped giving any sort of a fuck.

Most of the folks I regularly talk to still use AIM, though it's primarily used out of pidgin.

Old habits die hard. You know, like Bruce Willis.

I used AIM all the time when I worked a 9-5 desk job. I never use it now. I do kind of miss it though since I rarely ever communicate with the people I used to chat with anymore.

I use Google Talk nearly everyday, even tho it has a tendency to not send messages from time to time. >.< It's not very good at sending me transcripts of my conversations, either, but it's pretty okay.

I use AIM only when Mr. SuitJamas uses it, I didn't know I still had the AIM messages forwarded to my phone until he used it to IM me one day!

My life sucks now, and I almost never have time to talk on IM - just have a few people I talk to.

I miss it, because text messages don't really lend themselves to conversations.

I was good at IMs!

I use Trillian on my laptop/desktop/phone. I stay logged into my AIM/Google Talk/Windows Messenger accounts, but the only one I actually ever use is Google Talk.
PS: Also Steam, I actually use Steam a decent bit for talking to people too, especially now that it has an Android app.

When I use Trillian I'm mainly on Yahoo, AIM, MSN/Hotmail, and GTalk. People can also reach me on Steam or Origin. I rather use Google Hangout or Stickam though.

If it wasn't for two people I actually know in real life I'd dump Yahoo asap because all I ever get is spam requests from bots.

I owe you like 1,000,000 IM conversations, by the way. I'm never around when you say hi!

John and I have the most important conversations on AIM. Like Super Baseball 2020 conversations. Life and death conversations

I use AIM less and less, as I prefer FBChat through a multiprotocol AIM client. On my macbook, I use adium, as it does what I need it to do, and is pretty rad.

On my desktop, I use trillian. I have a Logitech G510 and I use a trillian plugin that allows me to respond to IM messages through the LCD on the keyboard, without having to alt-tab out of a full screen app, like a game or something.
