Officially confirmed characters so far: Captain America, Iron Man, Thor, Hulk, Ms. Marvel, Spider-Man, Thing, Human Torch, Black Widow, Cyclops, Wolverine, Storm, Cable, Deadpool, Nova, and Squirrel Girl.

Unconfirmed but seen in trailers/promos: Colossus, Emma Frost, Magneto, Scarlet Witch, and Ka-Zar. (Presumably the other two members of the FF are gonna be in, too.)

And supposedly the game's going to be completely free-to-play, so if that sticks, hopefully the pay options will just be "pay $ to speed up grinding" type things.

I hope they release like a billion characters for this game. If they ever include Magik, Machine Man, or (gulp) The Captain, it's going to turn into a Shut Up And Take My Money situation instantly.

I had never, ever heard of Squirrel Girl before this thread but after reading her Wikipedia entry I'm almost convinced I could read a superhero comic book again, as long as she was in it.

I'm on board for this, but I really want to see more heroes. Daredevil? Iron Fist? Black Panther?

What's the deal with the Iso crystals? Should I equip them as soon as I can or hold out for better ones? Once you equip it it's permanent, right?
