please, you bring the water to a boil, and then turn off the heat and put the noodles in. after the noodles are just soft enough to separate you move it to the bowl. that way you have just the right combo of crunchy and soft.

The only proper way to cook ramen, is to cook the noodles to al dente, turn off the burner, add the seasoning, mix and let it sit for a good 20 minutes until the noodles soak up most, if not all of the soup. Thus do you get the most flavorful noodles possible.

I love Shim Ramyun. The hotter the better!! I totally cures hangovers!!!

Seriously though, I eat my noodles with broth. Y'all fuckers are weird.

I only eat ramen with broth when I'm sick or at a ramen shop, in which case the broth is worth drinking. Otherwise, I'm just eating it for the flavor of the seasoning packet.

But I do agree with Fievel. The longer the noodlz absorb the spice, the better they get.

i usually drain as much of the broth as i can and then again when i'm getting to the very end. I'll only drink the broth if i'm too lazy to get up and go about the draining process.

They had a spicy seafood shin ramyun that i've been trying to find for months and even the manufacturer doesnt know what i'm talking about. But i know i ate it, i will find it!
