It looks like you used the Kodak B&W film that is processed using color chemicals and then scanned it in as a color file. It may just be me but I can see a hint of color in the neon sign. I love the War Machine stuff a great deal due to my GM'ing an Iron Kingdoms campain and loving the setting. But Rackham as far as I am concerned sits a little bit above this, they have amazing sculptors. Some of the best consistant quality I have seen. I have been noticing the quality level in the minatures market the past few years and it makes me smile.
