Seriously, though, if you feel that your only options when you go out are pizza and chicken fingers then you need to reexamine your choices, either in the food they serve or the restaurants you choose. Chat Walter! 36 days ago on 04/19/13 I'm still trying to break out of my snacking habit and its super hard! Even with healthy snacks, like fruit and nuts, I still tend to over indulge. Losing weight or even just trying to stay healthy is hard, but whenever I think that I remember that my first WW meeting leader would say that yes, losing weight is hard, but being overweight is hard, too. Pick your hard.
Luckily this gorgeous weather has finally motivated me to move my bike to campus so I've been pedaling everywhere and what with all the hills on campus I'm back to losing weight consistently! I know what you mean about schedules being cray and not being able to work out as much. I planned on going to the gym yesterday AND today and both times I missed it because I've been working. In other happy news, I started WW again, and when I weighed in I'm not nearly ass off track as I thought! I'm only up about 5 lbs and I fell off the wagon about a year ago.
