Toss most of this research. All of this conflicting research proves exactly one thing to me: there's no real way to tell how anybody's body is going to react to a certain food.

Yeah this album isn't trying to change the world or anything. A few tracks are pretty much straight-up disco complete with some of the best studio musicians from the disco era playing on them.

It's really good album. Nobody should go in expecting their life to be changed, because it is definitely not that kind of album and it'd be a shame if a good album got ruined by unrealistic expectations.

About twenty years ago, I misheard something my friend said. I don't remember what she actually said but what I thought she said was, "I saw a neck in the middle of the road today."

Which made us both think: wow. That's kind of the most horrifying thing possible. It's even worse than a severed head in the middle of the road because it raises even more questions.
