I keep telling everyone, when you don't eat your body goes into starvation mode. When it goes into starvation mode then you gain weight or maintain.

If you eat healthy all during the week splurging one night is not going to tip the scale. If you don't eat the whole day your stomach slows down and it is harder to digest what you do eat. If you eat too much... obviously you gain as well.

Yeah... I am not entirely sure what our odds, NY Rangers wise, are against Boston. That team has some heart and some drive in its amazing players. It is going to be an uphill battle and with all the inconsistancies that I have seen all year long I am not sure they are ready for it and really not sure that this is our year.

Now I am NOT arguing with you about the less processed foods stance because yeah, I am trying to eat cleaner no doubt but the validity of that McDonald's burger... well.

That cheeseburger was actually proven to be a kind of sort of myth and here is why: it had JUST the right temperature and humidity level to stay at a petrified pristine stage instead of a moldy deteriorated mess. I believe the original experiment was done in Arizona or Utah where these conditions are just right for this type of thing.

If they would have left out a homeade burger the same thing would have occurred but a ...
