I have food poison or the stomach flu. I've made the same trip to the bathroom so many times that I'm starting to feel like I'm trapped in a time loop.

I'm watching the first episode and it's doing a good job of conveying how confusing the top world must be for Nagate.

Also, that bear den mother with a mechanical arm lol
PS: I'm going to call it right now: Nagate must be a clone of the legendary garde pilot of the lunar white variant.

It reeks of "I couldn't find a satisfactory way of ending it with Madara so I'm going to concoct a surprise uber puppet master villain after going through several stages of boss evolutions."

Getting bored now. Just get to the eventual "we can't beat this god villain on our own; lend me your chakra friendship fatality" or "we can't beat this god directly; let's convince her that friendship is magical" ending.

[quote=John Booty]Coldhands was cool (wordplay intended!) but that's a good character to streamline out.

I'm torn between wanting Lady Stoneheart to appear, just because she's such a batshit crazy character and I want to see non-book-readers lose their shit, and hoping that they actually remove her entirely.

For me, Lady Stoneheart was the jump-the-shark moment for the books. That's when they went from "trashy fun" to "oh, come onnnnnnnnnnnnn" in my mind.

She doesn't even really serve a purpose so far in the books! She just goes on some random raids with the mercs ...

That episode should have been more like 20 minutes long, with 10 of those mintues just being "Damn, look at those fucking GIANTS! This bad motherfucker is riding a motherfucking MAMMOTH are you seeing this shit Jon Snow? You know nothing"

The rest of the 10 minutes being Jon Snow being a bamf and emerging leader, Grenn and co. reciting the oath and holding the gate, and the "Drop the motherfuckin' Scythe!" scene.

Eating that entire platter of buffalo chicken cheese fries was a bad idea, especially when the cook doesn't have any restraint on the spices.

The article said:
This rumor comes from the fact that in Pacific Rim, the Kaiju's were being created to specifically counter the Jaegers. How can the humans counter the ever adapting Kaijus? By making Jaegers with "changing" parts by having it combine with different body parts each fight.

I like how there is an explanation for combiners; rather than, just because combining robots is cool. Not sure how drifting will work with combined Jaegers, since all the pilots would have to be compatible.

The Lannisters are hugely in debt to the Iron Bank. The series is deviating from the books here so who knows what's going to happen, but Stannis + major financial backing = a force thou shalt not fuck with?

The timing and circumstances are a bit different, but in the books, the Iron Throne is deeply in debt to the Iron Bank and Stannis does form a deal with the Iron Bank, so it's not straying too far from the source material.

Naruto returns from the dead as Naruto the White and gives Guy the chest rub of life.
