I've involuntarily experienced above 90 degree humid weather without AC, and it's miserable. I slept less than 3-4 hours a night because it's so hard to sleep, which is very unhealthy. I didn't eat much because I lost my appetite. I didn't do much at home, but sit around and read, because it was too hot to move around. I was tired and miserable all day.

Here are some tips:
1. Sleep on a beach towel. It doesn't stick to your body as badly as bed sheets.
