“I am a graphic/package designer and illustrator for Kikkerland, a company that produces ridiculous home goods, toys, knick knacks, etc.”

What's your dream job?

“I think being a successful freelance graphic designer would be ideal. ”

“I drew a picture of a deer head coming out of an oyster shell at work a few years ago and I've basically held on to it since. ”

“FLCL, Saikano, anything by Ai Yazawa, Utena, Howl's Moving Castle”

What's some of your favorite music? What have you been listening to lately?

“LCD Soundsystem, Daft Punk, Hot Chip, Shiina Ringo, Beirut, Andrew Bird, Arcade Fire. I idolize St Vincent. I am currently really loving Sufjan Stevens new album...A LOT.”

What are some anime/manga/gaming-related interests you have? Watching anime, cons, collecting cels, etc...

“I read a lot of shoujo manga, play/collect video games, collect toys (of the kid robot, toki doki, strangeco, etc variety) and cosplay (sparingly). I don't watch as much anime any more as I sort of fell out of the habit when college got super busy. ”

If you go to conventions, what upcoming cons are you attending?

“Just MAGfest, Bootycon, and Dragon*Con this year.”

“I love rhythm games such as Pop'n Music, Vib Ribbon, the Bit Trip series, IIDX, Ouendan, Rock Band, etc. I also LOVE Ace Attorney, Katamari Damacy, Nights Into Dreams, Shadow of the Colossus, LoZ, Skies of Arcadia, Portal, Bioshock, and more. ”
